Para garantizar que su pedido llegue sin contratiempos, es su responsabilidad proporcionar una dirección de entrega completa, correcta y claramente identificable, incluyendo: nombre de la calle, número exterior e interior (si aplica), colonia o barrio, ciudad, provincia y código postal.
Atención clientes en Costa Rica: Dado que el sistema de direcciones en Costa Rica no cuenta con una estandarización nacional completa, le recomendamos encarecidamente que añada puntos de referencia visuales (por ejemplo: “cerca del parque central”, “frente a la escuela XYZ”, “detrás de la iglesia”) o una breve descripción de acceso (indicaciones adicionales) para facilitar la localización por parte del mensajero.

- Si la dirección proporcionada es inexacta, incompleta o confusa, y esto provoca que el paquete no pueda ser entregado, sea devuelto al remitente o sea recibido por un tercero no autorizado, Lunipet no asumirá ninguna responsabilidad ni compensación por pérdidas o daños derivados.
- Cualquier costo adicional de envío, almacenaje, reenvío o gastos administrativos generados por estos motivos correrán por cuenta del cliente.
- En caso de que el paquete sea devuelto por problemas de dirección, nos pondremos en contacto con usted para confirmar una nueva dirección. Si no recibimos una respuesta válida en un plazo de 7 días hábiles, nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar el pedido y proceder al reembolso, deduciendo los gastos de envío ya incurridos.
